| 摘 要： | 通过分析健美操教育的思想和原理,确立了健美操教育理论体系的教育理念;通过分析体育运动冰山学说,构建了由健美操的人文原理与科学原理构成的健美操教育理论的新体系,其实质是研究人文与科学融合的健美操教育理论体系,以求提高健美操学科建设的层次,目的是为促进人的全面发展提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | This text through the analysis of the theory and principle of the aerobic exercises education,it establishes the educational concept that develops the all-round people by culture;through the iceberg doctrine which analyzing the athletic sports,it constructs the new system of aerobic exercises education theory composed by the social science and science.And actually,it studies the Aerobic Exercises Education Theory combining the humanity and science to improve the subject construction and the development of human beings. |
