| 摘 要： | 21世纪的竞争主要是高素质人才的竞争,而心理素质是高素质人才的根本。高校要培养高素质的人,就必须高度重视大学生心理健康教育,把握大学生的心理发展动态,针对存在的问题开展教育。大学生心理发展过程是随时代发展的动态过程,高校开展心理健康教育要与时俱进,开拓创新,注重实效,通过多种途径开展心理健康教育。

| Abstract: | The competition in the 21st century lies mostly in the compet it ion for talents with high quality and the psychological quality is the most impo rtant part of the talents. Developing talents with high quality, universities mu st attach great importance to psychological- health education of students, hold the psychological development of students and carry out the education in respon se to existing problems. The psychological development of students is a dynamic process as the age goes ahead, Carrying out psychological- health education, u niversities should keep pace with the times, exploit and innovate, pay attention to actual effect. Psychological- health education can be implemented with mult iple approaches. |
