化学实验学习动机的调查与归因训练

摘    要:医学院学生做化学实验有明确动机,而且做实验的动机大多集中在对化学实验的认知内驱力和自我提高的内驱力上.因此,他们具有较强的求知欲,这是一种稳定的对化学实验的内部动机.但优秀的化学教师对学生做好化学实验的动机有激发诱导作用.经过调查,发现不同年级,不同专业的学生做化学实验的动机有明显差别.如果化学教师通过具有针对性的归因训练,将有利于提高医学学生做化学实验的动机水平.

Abstract:The students of medical colleges have clear motive when they perform chemistry experiments, and the motive mainly focuses on cognition drive and self - improvement. Therefore, they have strong thirst for knowledge, which is a kind of steady inner motive on chemistry experiments. However, outstanding chemistry teachers can stimulate their students to do very well. This investigation shows that motives are much different among students in different grades and majors. So if the chemistry teachers give them attribution training, the motive level of performing chemistry experiments will be greatly improved.
