| Abstract: | It has brought a lot of problems to general universities and the military academy with the popularization of education and development.On the base of comparing the differences of management concept,institutional nature and educational environment of general universities and military academy,it not only produces differences in the ways of education,but also presents the renewed educational concept and a number of recommendations and countermeasures to enhance effects and pertinences of ideological and political education in general universities and military academy. |
