| Abstract: | The journal of higher learning institutions is the important garden for propogating the latest civilization and academic research achievements. It can not only propogate the academic thought, theoretic achievement and cultural knowledge but also promote the development of the social productivity, guide the right social opinions and train academic intellectuals.The journals of the higher learning institutions is of the functions of political orientation, cultural communication, serving the social economy and intellectual training. Thus, to oreintate the social functions of the journals of higher learning institutions is helpful for running well the journals and promoting the development and prosperity of the academic cause. |
