摘    要:变压器励磁涌流是低压配电线路电流保护误动的主要原因之一,通过对某地区电网10kV低压配电系统中两起因配电变压器励磁涌流引起配电线路电流保护误动事故进行分析,结合励磁涌流的产生原理和特点及10kV配电网的特点和实际运行需要,提出防止励磁涌流引起电流保护误动的继电保护整定解决方案。

Analysis and solution of the inrush current problem of a regional power grid lOkV power distribution system
Abstract:The magnetizing inrush current of distribution transformers is one of the main reasons for current protection device misoperation accidents, in this paper analyzed two current protection device misoperation accidents caused by the magnetizing inrush current of distribution transformers on lOkV distribution system of a regional grid, and according to lOkV distribution system' s characteristics and actual operating needs, combined with the principle generation and characteristics of magnetizing inrush current , proposed the relay protection tuning program ofmisperation caused by magnetizing inrush current of distribution transformers.
