| 摘 要： | 为提高烟支卷制生产过程质量,文章针对烟支压实端位置与卷烟端部落丝量、含末率及卷接机空头剔除率等指标的影响关系进行研究。结果表明,在试验范围内,烟支压实端位置偏移量与卷烟端部落量及卷接机空头剔除率有较强的正相关关系,其对卷烟端部落量及卷接机空头剔除率的影响显著;烟支压实端位置偏移量控制在±3mm范围内,对卷烟卷制质量控制,消耗及设备生产较为适宜。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the production of cigarette rolling process quality .The Article for cigarettes and cigarette ends compaction end position tribal wire volume, affect the relationship with the end of the pick-up rate and the volume of short rejection rate and other indicators of research. The results show that in the test range compaction cigarette ends and cigarette end position offset amount and volume pick tribal bear rejection rate has a strong positive correlation .Its impact on the amount of cigarette ends and roll pick tribal rejection rate was significantly short. Cigarette end position offset compaction control in the range of ± 3mm.To quality control for cigarette rolling, consumption and production equipment more appropriate. |
