桂北产对叶百部药材鉴别及总生物碱的含量测定

摘    要:目的:测定桂北不同产地的对叶百部总生物碱含量并进行比较。方法:采用薄层色谱法对对叶百部中的生物碱进行鉴别;采用紫外分光光度法对总生物碱进行含量测定。结果:建立了桂北产对叶百部总生物碱的薄层色谱鉴别方法和含量测定方法。结论:TLC显示结果表明,不同产地的各个样品斑点数目不同,对应斑点显色强度也有不同;采紫外分光光度法测定桂北对叶百部中的总生物碱含量,测得6批药材样品总生物碱的含量为12.46~29.43 mg/g,说明了桂北对叶百部种内所含生物碱差异较为显著。

Identify medicinal materials from North Guangxi and determine total alkaloid content
Abstract:Intention: Determine and compare the content of alkaloid of Stemona tuberosa Lour from different producing area in north of Guangxi Province. Method: Identify alkaloid of Stemona tuberosa Lour by TLC; determine the alkaloid content of Stemona tuberosa Lour by UV-vis. Result: Establish the TLC identification method of Stemona tuberosa Lour, and the determination method of its total alkaloid contents. Conclusion: The result shown by TLC that different samples from different producing area have dirrerent numbers of spots and corresponding spots have different intensity of color; total alkaloid contents range were measured between 12.46~29.43mg/g from those 6 materials by UV, which shows the alkaloid contents of Sternona tuberosa Lour from north Guangxi have notable difference.
