| 摘 要： | 目前，我国刑事司法裁判权监督机制本身面临许多亟待解决的问题，导致监督机制的应有功能没有得到充分发挥。要建构正当有效的、能够实现司法公正的刑事司法裁判权监督机制，必须要进一步完善和改革现有的监督内容，以逐步推进我国司法体制改革进程，实现改革目标。

| Abstract: | At present, chinese criminal justice supervision mechanism faces with many problems, leading to the proper fuctinons of it hasn＇ t been brought into full play. Aiming at build the efficient and fair criminal jurisdiction supervision mechanism, we must further improve and reform the existing contents of it to push the process and achieve the objective of the judical reform. |
