| 摘 要： | 在我国加入世贸组织、经济全球化趋势加快的形势下,BEC教学推广工作对服务我国改革开放、培养大批合格的商务英语人才具有重要意义并发挥着积极作用。但是BEC在全国发展很不平衡。BEC教学推广工作必须提高层次、跨上新台阶才能满足社会需求,从而开创BEC教学推广的新局面。

| Abstract: | With China's acceptance to WTO and the speeding-up of the globalization economy, BEC teaching and popularization is playing an active role in serving our reform and open-up policy by educating a great number of qualified business English personnels.However,BEC development over the country as a whole is not balanced.It can't meet the evergrowing social needs unless it is improved to a new level aiming to initiate a new phase of BEC teaching and popularization. |
