体育教师教学风格构成因素的研究

摘    要:笔者通过文献资料方法 ,访问有关学者、专家 ,对体育教师教学风格构成因素进行了分析、论证 ,指出 :文化因素和心理因素是构成体育教师教学风格的基础因素 ;主观能动因素、外部因素是构成体育教师教学风格的重要影响因素 ,对教学风格的形成有着促进或抑制作用。当诸因素在体育教师教学过程中创造性结合 ,表现出独特的、稳定的、成熟的状态时 ,就标志着一位体育教师已经形成了自己独有的教学风格。

Abstract:This paper gives the following analysis and proof on factors of teaching style for PE teacher according to the reference of great number of paper and related scholars and experts.The authors think Culture and psychology are basis factors forming the teaching style; And the important influential factors are the subjective initiative and the external factor, which are promoted and inhibited.A PE teacher has created his/her own teaching style with the symbol that the creative combination of various factors in the teaching programme and the expression of a unique, steady and mature status.
