| 摘 要： | 教学管理是学校管理的中心工作,教学管理的好坏直接影响教学质量的提高。随着新课程改革的不断推进,许多中小学的教学管理与现实需要仍存在一定的差距。对此,要从教学管理队伍建设、教学管理理念、考试管理体系、考试管理等方面努力改善教学管理。

| Abstract: | Teaching management, being key work in the university management, plays a fundamental role in the education quality of school. However, as the propeling of the new curriculum reform, there is some gap between the requirement in reality and the eurrent management. So,the administrators should pay attention to factors such as change of concepts,credit system and quality control. |
