幼儿园教师专业发展阻碍因素之分析

摘    要:教师职业既有一般专业的共性,也有自身的专业特性。幼儿园教师劳动对象特有的生理心理特点,决定了幼儿教育工作的复杂性和特殊性,也决定了幼儿园教师的专业特性。但从我国目前的现状来看,幼儿园教师远未达到专业的水平,原因是当前还存在诸多不利于幼儿园教师专业发展的因素。

The Analysis on the Baffling Factors of the Kindergarten Teachers' Professional Development

Abstract:The teacher's career not only obtains other careers' commonality, but also possesses the professional features of its own. The special psychological feature of the teachers' working object causes and determines the specialty and complexity of the early childhood education and also this feature requires the professional characteristics of the teachers. But the present state of our country still has many baffling factors of the kindergarten teachers' professional development.
