摘    要:由文凭证明的学历 ,由于社会追求的偏颇 ,成为应试教育的滥觞。素质教育的实施 ,学力受到人们的关注。学习态度、学习能力、创造力和社会技能是学习的主要内容。学习态度是学力的保证 ;学习能力是学力的基础 ;创造力是学力的核心 ;社会技能是学力的体现。培养学生的学习方法是提高学力的重要途径 ,以“学力为本”才能推进素质教育

Abstract:Educational level demonstrated by certificates has become the origin of test-oriented education because of partiality for it.Owing to the enforcement of quality education, attention has been paid to educational level.The essay expounds opinions about educational level and its components. Attitude towards study is the guarantee of educational level,learning aptitude is the base , creativity is the core , and social skill is the representation,Students efficient study methods is an important approach to improve their study,and quality education can only be carried forward through the approach whose foundation is educational level.
