| 摘 要： | 企业"走出去",是后危机时代解决国内产能过剩问题的重要途径,也是我国企业开拓国际市场、提升国际竞争力的有利方式.基于后危机时代全球经济大调整的历史背景,加快河北企业"走出去"的步伐极其重要.面对企业资金短缺和风险保障机制不健全等方面的金融约束,河北省政府应借鉴国外经验,制定有利于扩大资金供给、完善融资风险保障、便利跨国交易的各项金融支持政策.
