| 摘 要： | 全面建成小康社会是我国现阶段的发展历程，体育在这一时期也面临新的转型。群众体育朝体育休闲的方向发展是符合我国的现状，有利于人民与社会进步的一种发展方式。研究以休闲为基础，认识体育休闲，论述体育休闲：健康性、自然性、实践性、愉悦性、超越性、价值性六种属性，从“自然发展状态的构建”、“和谐社会氛围的营造”、“美好生活方式的建立”、“文化价值品味的呈现”四个方面阐述体育休闲对全面建成小康社会中的价值，旨在对我国体育的发展提供一点参考。 |

| Abstract: | Build comparatively well-off society in the round is the development process of our country at the present stage;physical education is facing new transformation in this period. Mass sports in the sports leisure direction is consistent with the current situation of our country, is conducive to the way people and social progress. On the basis of leisure, sports leisure sports leisure cognition, discourse：healthy, natural, practical, pleasure, transcendence, value six kinds of attribute, from a“The natural state of development”, “To creat a harmonious social atmosphere”, “A better way of life”, “The cultural value of taste”four aspects of leisure sports to build comparatively well-off society in the round in the value, to the development of China＇s sports to provide a reference point. |
