变速积分PID控制在磁悬浮轴承控制中的应用和改进

摘    要:通过分析磁悬浮轴承控制系统对积分环节的要求,针对变速积分PID控制器在磁悬浮轴承控制中控制结构转换引起干扰的问题,应用负指数函数的特性,重新设计积分系数函数。并针对磁悬浮轴承系统转子起始位置的不确定性,在积分系数函数的指数部分加入了相对误差的变化率,从而达到了增强控制器的适应性的目的。实验证明,改进的变速积分PID控制器具有较好控制性能和对转子初始位置的适应性。应用16极电磁铁径向轴承,实现转子的径向稳定悬浮。

Abstract:The function of integral action coefficient was re-designed with the negative index through analyzing the integral action requirements of magnetic bearing control system.The approach can avoid the influence of control structure transition of PID controller with changing integration rate.And change rate of error was employed in the negative index function to reinforce the adaptability of the controller for the uncertainty of initial situation of rotor.The experimental results show that the effectiveness of the improving PID controller with changing integration rate is satisfactory.The 16 poles radial magnetic bearing was employed to stabilize the rotor in radial direction.
