| Abstract: | This article launches on the pros and cons of the flow of talent person person in new undergraduate colleges.Through the analyzing of the intrinsic reasons,the author submits the countermeasures guiding the flow of talented people rationally,in the hope of setting a theoretical basis for the talented person policy in new undergraduate colleges as well as benefiting the faculty management. |
