摘    要:牵引成骨在功能性颌骨重建中较常规重建方法具有独特优势.目前用于牙槽突牵引的器械是垂直牵引器,但医学研究表明垂直牵引器具有一定的缺陷.为此,需要开发新型的牵引器,以满足对牵引有特殊要求的牙槽突.在设计过程中首先对CT扫描的数据进行三维重建,然后根据牙槽突的特征应用I-DEAS软件设计出符合特殊要求的牙槽突牵引器.针对医学器械的特殊要求和实际应用场合,进行仿真分析,为医生制订手术方案提供支持.

Application of CAD/CAE in Development of Osteogenesis Distractor
Abstract:In functional mandibular reconstruction, distraction osteogenesis has special advantage over normal reconstruction. At present the instrument applied in alveolar distraction osteogenesis is vertical distractor, however, some medical science researches show that the distractor has certain defects. It is necessary to develop new distractor to meet the special requirement of alveolar. In design process, the CT scan data were firstly rebuilt in three dimensions, then with I-DEAS software, the distractor was designed according to the characteristic of the alveolar. For the special requirement and actual application status of medical instrunent, the simulation analysis was taken, giving chirurgeon a support to make operating plan.
