| 摘 要： | 通过对体育教师、大学生、中学生3类人群关于体育教师社会角色认定的调查，发现他们对体育教师角色的选择、价值、形象和期望等方面存在一定差异，但也有许多共同之处，据此提出体育教师专业化发展的目标与途径。
