联合培养背景下职教本科生的身份认同现状及影响因素研究

摘    要:联合培养背景下职教本科生的身份认同与普通本科教育存在一定的差异,积极向上的身份认同感对于职教本科生的未来生存立场和价值发挥具有强大的推动作用。但职教本科生身份认同缺失的现象真实存在,源于其极易受到教学体制本质属性不强、教学主体身份定位不清、自我身份认同动力不足等因素的影响。这就要求学校完善职教本科体制的机制建设、革新职教本科师资的管理模式,以及提升职教本科生的自我认同感,实现职教本科生身份认同的自我重构与提升。

Abstract:Under the background of joint training,there is a certain difference between the identity of vocational undergraduates and ordinary undergraduate education.The positive sense of identity has a strong role in promoting the future survival and value of vocational undergraduates.However,the phenomenon of the lack of identity of vocational education undergraduates is real,because they are easily affected by the factors such as the weak nature of the teaching system,the unclear identity of the teaching subject,and the lack of motivation for self-identity identification.This requires schools to improve the mechanism construction of vocational education undergraduate system,reform the management mode of vocational education undergraduate teachers,and enhance the sense of selfidentity of vocational education undergraduates,so as to realize the self-reconstruction and promotion of vocational education undergraduate identity.
