旅游舆情管理误区及对策研究

摘    要:对旅游舆情管理中易陷入的误区及其形成原因进行了分析、归纳与总结。认为旅游舆情管理易陷入四大误区,即话语偏差应对,表现为言辞(论)不当;信息错位应对,表现为信息失焦;信息失真应对,表现为“主观滤波”现象;散漫应对,表现为舆情应对的不作为。针对这些误区,可成立矩阵式舆情管理机构,提升舆情应对者或信息发布者的媒介素养,及加强对社交媒体的舆情监测等策略予以应对。

Abstract:In order to help the government and relevant practitioners of tourism market and regulatory authorities to clarify the ways and means of tourism public opinion management,and improve the effectiveness and pertinence of network public opinion management,this paper analyses and summarizes the misunderstandings that the government is apt to fall into in the management of tourism public opinion and their causes.The research shows that the government is prone to fall into four major misunderstandings,namely,discourse deviation coping,which is manifested by inappropriate speech(theory);information misplacement coping,which is manifested by information loss of focus;information distortion coping,which is manifested by“subjective fUtering”phenomenon;and scattered coping,which is manifested by inaction of public opinion coping.To avoid these misunderstandings,a matrix of public opinion management organization should be established,the media literacy should be improved,the public opinion monitoring of social media should be strengthened.
