摘    要:本课题研究的立足点是:在课堂教学中渗透心理健康教育。经过多年的理论研究和实践探索,构建并完善了学校心理健康教育的理论模式,找到了在课堂教学中渗透心理健康教育的最好途径——个别化教学,提出学教互动、具体互动、积极关注、自主教育、案例教学等有效的个别化教学策略,拓展了学生心理档案在个别化教学中的应用,使学生提升了心理健康水平,提高了学习质量,同时培养了一支心理健康教育的教师队伍。

Abstract:This study is aimed at advocating the infiltration of mental health education in class teaching. Many years'theoretical study and practical exploration have given birth to and further developed the theoretical mode of mental heath education at school.Individualized teaching,as the best means for in- filtrating mental health education in class teaching,adopts such basic strategies as dynamic teaching- learning process,teacher-student interaction,enthusiastic concern,independent education,case-based teaching,etc.Facts show that the extensive use of the records reflecting students'mental status in the individualized teaching has not only improved students'mental health and academic achievements,but also cultivated a team of teachers for mental health education at school.
