| 摘 要： | 农业是我国产业发展中存在的相对薄弱环节,农业保险多年以来也一直处于低迷状态.我国农业保险发展缓慢的原因主要是缺乏有效的制度供给.美、日两国农业保险的制度模式和部分发展中国家农业保险的实践,对加强我国农业保险制度建设有重要启示.我国应建立以政府组织为主体、结合农业合作组织的农业保险组织体系.

| Abstract: | Agriculture is relatively a weak link in China's industrial development,while agricultural insurance is always at a low ebb over the years.The main reason is the system defects for the slow development of China's agricultural insurance.According to the models of agricultural insurance in America and Japan as well as the practice of agricultural insurance in some developing countries,the ideas to strengthen the system construction of agricultural insurance in our country has been elaborated from the aspects of legislative support,subsidy policy,business model and organizational system,therefore giving the related strategy. |
