| 摘 要： | 在国内外关于企业技术创新能力及"卓越绩效模式"的理论研究基础上提出了企业技术创新能力指标体系,并据此构建了企业技术创新能力模型,该模型包括创新投入能力、创新过程能力、创新产出能力及创新环境支持四大系统;简单介绍了企业技术创新能力模型在湖南54家企业中的实际应用效果;最后得出研究结论.
