| 摘 要： | 基于快速成形技术的快速制模技术是现代制造业中的一项高新技术之一、该项技术的应用，大大缩短了产品开发周期、降低了试制成本、加快了对市场的响应，因此给制造业带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益，使快速制模技术的进一步研究和推广应用成为热点。文章着重介绍一种最常见的快速软模--硅橡胶模的制造，以及运用硅橡胶模和真空技术制造塑料件的全过程。

| Abstract: | Based on fast forming, Fast-molding technology is one of hi-tech skills in modern manufacture. With application of this technology, it will shorten the cycle of product exploit, decrease the trial cost, and speed up responding ability so as to bring more economical and social benefit for manufacture industry, which have fast-molding technology application popular. This paper introduces a usual fast-molding soft mold si-rubber mold and the whole process of manufacturing plastic work piece by si-rubber technology and vacuum skills. |
