| 摘 要： | 运用灰色理论中的GM(1，N)动态模型，对关英楠的跳远成绩与各项素质进行了动态分析。通过分析我们可以看出，关英楠跳远成绩与各项素质发展不协调，9项素质中的6项对跳远成绩的提高有促进作用，而100m跑、助跑五级跳远和全蹲则起到了阻碍作用。因此，在今后的训练中，加大100m跑、助跑五级跳远的训练力度，使其系统能够协调发展，从而不断地提高关英楠的跳远成绩。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to give an analysis of the jumping performance and various qualities of the jumper GUAN Ying-nan by use of dynamic model GM(1,N). Judging from our analysis, the jumping performance doesn't develop harmoniously with every quality .Six among nine qualities have positive effects on the improvement of jumping performance , however, 1oo-metre run, run-up jumping of five steps and complete squat are negative, and what's more, it's the inharmonious factors of hindering the systematic development. Consequently , we should increase the strength of exercises of loo-metre run and run-up jumping of 5 steps to make the system develop harmoniously and improve GUAN Ying-nan's jumping performance increasingly. |
