| 摘 要： | 本文分析了普通高校大学生的心理特征,并结合太极拳运动的特点,提出采用电化教学法、音乐教学法、意念教学法、直观教学法等多种教学方法,可以很好地培养和激发高校学生对太极拳的兴趣,从而提高太极拳教学效果。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the psychological features of college students and the characteristics of Taijiquan,this paper suggests that,to cultivate a good taste for Taijiquan among college students,computer-assisted teaching,musical teaching,idea teaching and object teaching method be adopted to promote the teaching effects of Taijiquan. |
