| 摘 要： | 目前传统的体育课程教学在教学内容、课程体系、教育质量评价和教学方法等方面仍存在不足，基于此，在多年的教学中，我们对现代化体育教学模式进行了探讨，在研究中发现，为了进一步改变陈旧的教学方法，应不断丰富教学内容，及时调整体育项目丰富选修教学内容，增强教学可接受性培养终身体育思想，构建多元化评价体系，采用计算机多媒体技术辅助教学，体现体育教学的现代化，积极有效地推进新一轮体育课程改革。
