| 摘 要： | 高校勤工助学发展首先要实现勤工助学资金的滚动增值，达成对勤工助学学生的长期有力资助；其次要营造良好的育人环境，提高学生综合能力，培养应用创新人才。而创立经济实体，构建企业化的运行模式，则是解决以上两个问题的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The work-study program in college , at first, one of its necessary economic foundations is to realize value-added rolling of work-study funds, then reach a power and long-term financial aid for the students of work-study and help them complete their studies successfully. Secondly,it is necessary to create a good educa- tion environment ,to nurture the students to have comprehensive ability ,then they can be educated and guided to be the application and innovation talents that required by the modern society. And the effective way to solve these two problems is to create the economic organization ,an independent management and taking the road of enterprise construction. |
