| 摘 要： | 如何确保学生的人身安全及提高教学质量，是所有开设游泳课的教学部门、教师和学生家长都非常关切的问题。从国家对教师要求的角度探讨教师应如何根据有关法规、游泳教学特点，建立安全的教学常规，以确保游泳教学的顺利实施，提高我国青少年游泳水平。
