| Abstract: | Describing the mechanism of information acception, this papertreats emphatically the various barriers of information acception andtersely the countermeasures of removing them. Meanwhile it proposesthat information acception is the basis of changing science and technolo-gy from the productive forces in knowledge formation into direct produ-ctive forces. It has realistic and theoritical significance to researchinformation acception. |
