| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、访谈法和系统分析法,对福建省普通高校高水平田径队状况及发展对策进行研究。研究表明：福建省高校高水平田径运动员中,运动水平真正达到高水平者数量偏少;教练员对高水平运动员系统训练接触和了解甚少,训练经验有限;教练员由＂教学型＂,向＂训练型＂转变周期延长;训练时间不足对系统训练造成影响;福建省普通高校高水平田径队普遍面临训练经费不足的窘境。据此,针对性地提出发展建议和对策。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature,interview and system analysis,this paper makes study on the performance and development countermeasures of elite athletic teams about colleges of Fujian Province.The result shows that sport level in deed achieve elite athlete less;coach training experience in a systematical way of elite athlete has finity;the change cycle about ＂teaching＂to＂training＂of coach prolongs;systematical training is influenced by lack training time;elite athletic teams of colleges of Fujian province is confronted with a predicament at large that training outlay lacking.Thus,development advices and countermeasures were put forward. |
