| 摘 要： | 成就动机是一个人对于工作、学习努力达到完美地步的一种内部推动力量。文章采用《成就动机测量表》对长江大学、长江大学工程技术学院、长江大学文理学院三所学校的大学生的成就动机进行调查，分析大学生成就动机的倾向和差异。结果显示：长江大学校本部和独立学院的大学生追求成功的倾向上差异不显著，在避免失败倾向方面存在显著差异；成就动机在性别上存在显著差异；文理学生在避免失败维度上存在显著差异，理科学生更倾向于避免失败；大学生成就动机在年级上存在显著差异。
