摘    要:用20%PEG-6000模拟水分胁迫对8个不同基因型饲用小黑麦幼苗进行处理,测定幼苗的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2体积比以及水分利用率.实验结果表明,在水分胁迫下,所有品种小黑麦均表现为净光合速率下降、蒸腾速率降低、气孔导度降低.但胞间CO2体积比变化趋势不同,劲松49表现为上升,其它品种下降.水分胁迫下,与对照相比,抗旱能力强的品种表现为水分利用率升高,抗旱能力弱的水分利用率下降.综合以上指标,可以初步认为:8个小黑麦品种中,抗旱能力最强的是中新830;中饲828、冀饲1号、冀饲2号、中饲237抗旱能力较强;NTH1888、NTH1048抗旱能力中等;抗旱能力最弱的是劲松49.

Abstract:Six varieties of triticale cultivars were treated under 20 % PEG 6000 simulated water stress,then examined the photosynthetic properties and water use efficiency after 10 days.The results of the experiment shows that the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of the seedlings decreased under water stress.The intercellular CO2 concentration in JINSONG 49 increased,but decreased in others cultivars.The water use efficiency of the triticale cultivars with strong drought resistance ...
