| 摘 要： | 本文以2003-2008年的国家高新区数据为依据,构建了国家高新区强弱综合指数,在此基础上,运用极化指数测量了国家高新区的马太效应及其空间方向,并对应地规划了国家自主创新示范区的空间布局。研究结果表明:近6年间国家高新区整体趋势上存在马太效应,并表现在南方-北方和发达城市-次发达城市两个方向上,沿海-内陆方向上未显现;但就平均极化水平而言,发达城市-次发达城市方向跃沿海-内陆方向跃南方-北方方向。最后根据实证结果,选定北京、长春、上海、西安、武汉、广州或深圳为国家自主创新示范区参考对象,形成了近十字型的空间布局。
