高职人力资源管理专业课程改革模式创新研究

摘    要:我国高职高专开设人力资源管理专业的院校不多,教学经验不足,尚未形成相对完善的课程体系。培养高素质人力资源管理应用型人才是高职阶段人才培养的定位。应利用多种教学方法,将专业课程模块化、学生管理体系实践化,推进高职人力资源管理专业课程模式改革。

Abstract:Not many vocational colleges offer human resources management in our country.For the lack of teaching experience,a relatively perfect curriculum of the major has not been formed.The orientation of the talent training for vocational stage is training high quality applied talents of human resources management.Multiple teaching methods should be used in curriculum reform to modularize the specialized courses and the implement practicality of students management system so as to promote curriculum mode reform of human resources management in vocational colleges.
