| 摘 要： | 目前世界各国的违宪审查模式可分为三种。从现行的宪法来看，我国基本倾向于采用权力机关违宪审查模式。这种模式与我国的国情及政治制度基本相适应，但也存在不少的缺陷与问题。所以，我国应建立一个事先由宪法委员会进行预防性立法审查和事后由违宪审查庭进行监督性司法审查相结合的双重违宪审查模式。
