摘    要:作为数字化校园终端部分的多媒体教室,其建设和管理是一个非常基础和重要的课题。然而在多媒体教室的实际建设和管理过程中总会面临多方面问题,如何破解这些问题并从根本上解决以促进多媒体教室的建设和管理一直是个值得深思的命题。通过引入协同论,从建设指导思想、施工标准、监督进程和管理目标几方面进行工作协同,提高了建设效率,降低了工程风险,促进了管理水平,从而有效保障了教学基础环境,促进了教育教学的发展。

Abstract:As the terminal part of the digital campus, construction and management of multimedia classroom is very basic and important. However, there are many problems in the process of the actual construction and management of multimedia classrooms. How to solve these fundamental problems to promote the construction and management of multimedia classroom requires in-depth research. By introducing the Synergetics, many aspects of the guiding ideology, construction standards, monitoring processes and management objectives work coordination to improve the construction efficiency, reduce project risks, promote the level of management ,effective protect teaching environment, and promote the development of education and teaching.
