| 摘 要： | 高职人才培养模式与素质教育紧密相关。本在对高职工和生化素质情况调查的基础上，指出高职工科学生在化素质方面的欠缺。阐述了 化素质教育在高职工科人才培养中的重要意义，探讨了改进高职工科人才培养模式及加强高职工科人才化素质教育的若干措施。
