| Abstract: | In this article, the author introduced how the branch libraries in Peking University integrated into the main library system and built up the catalog, what policy they followed and how much they archived so far. The paper also makes analysis on the interactivities between branch libraries and the main library of the University and finally describes and recommends the successful experience of retrospective cataloging undertook by the temporary staff. |
