| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the major problems of the undetergraduates on the Internet and explores the impact of Internet on them from its characteristics. Special attention is drawn on the political, moral, psychological and information-access qualities needed for these students to use the Internet, as well as the major approaches on how to improve these qualities. |
