| 摘 要： | 法律文化同构性的产生具有广泛而又深刻的社会基础,这种社会基础集中体现在以全球市场经济的蓬勃发展为代表的物质基础,以人类共同的文化价值诉求为代表的思想文化基础,以法律文明运动的统一性趋向为代表的法律事实基础,正是如此丰厚的社会基础才孕育出法律文化的同构性。

| Abstract: | The existence of the homogeneousness of law and culture has its widespread and profound social foundations, which are presented by the materialistic foundation represented by the flourishing development of global market economy, the ideological and cultural foundation represented by the cultural values of common concerns of human beings, and the legal foundation represented by the tendency of unification of legal civilization. It is from such profound foundations that the homogeneousness of law and culture has stemmed. |
