| 摘 要： | 民国时期,在国民政府的督建和地方政府的努力下,安徽省公路从无到有,基本形成了以主要城市为中心向外辐射的公路网络。但受资金、技术等因素的制约,所修公路大多因陋就简,土路便桥,极易损坏。为此,安徽省颁行相关法律,组建养路工程队,栽植行道树,限制铁木轮牛马车、手推车等民间车辆通行,设置护路警察,加强对公路的养护与管理。
