| 摘 要： | 新形势下,高素质应用型人才培养是加强独立学院内涵建设的关键。近年来,里仁学院准确定位,紧紧围绕高素质人才培养这个目标,坚持以学生为本,创新人才培养体系,推进教育教学改革,人才培养质量和办学声誉不断提高。借鉴其经验,要不断推动人才培养机制和各种配套改革,使独立学院成为高等民办教育事业发展的重要增长点和促进教育改革的重要力量。
