| Abstract: | Tourism industry is one of the key industries of Qingdao, but employee's quality, structure and level of tourism industry in Qingdao should to be improved further. The article analyses employees' state and problems of tourism industry of Qingdao, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure on the basis of investigating tourism industry of Qingdao. |
