| 摘 要： | 高校是培养高素质文秘人才的摇篮,那么,社会究竟需要什么样的文秘人才?文秘专业如何进行教学改革以适应不断变化的社会需求?本文就此面向用人单位进行了问卷调查,在此基础上,对文秘人才的需求状况和需求特点进行分析,提出了文秘专业教学改革的几点建议。

How to promote the reform of Secretary Archiving to satisfy changeable social demand? Questionnaires facing employing units are carried out to analyze the current marketing demand and characteristics about graduates majoring in Secretary Archiving.The paper puts forward some suggestions about teaching reform. |
