| 摘 要： | 校长要实现领导功能,关键在于他的影响力,尤其要发挥非权力影响力的作用。非权力影响力是由个人某些特质而产生的影响力,是校长履行职责,提高用人水平和管理效能的基础和保障。从校长自身主体性因素的角度进行思考,非权力影响力主要包括:优秀的个性品质、良好的职业道德、良好的职业适应性的知识结构和职业能力。

| Abstract: | It mainly lies in his affect and especially using his non- authority affect when the leadership wants to realize his function of the leadership thinking from the angle of the headmaster principal factor. Non - authority affect includes the excellent personality, the good professional moral character, the knowledge structure and the professional ability in the good professional adaptability. |
