| 摘 要： | 《樊山政书》是樊增祥(1846———1931)担任知县直至布政使期间的为政记录,其中涉及教育方面的内容甚多,包括教育经费的筹措途径、教育行业的管理与人才的选拔、"存古"与趋新并重思想等方面,体现了晚清时期地方官员在面对急剧的社会变迁时的积极有为,亦为我们理性、科学地对待社会变迁中的新旧思潮,有效地解决当下社会存在的问题提供了一个借鉴。
