| 摘 要： | 广西高校图书馆,应利用南博会需求大量信息的机会,积极开发信息资源,努力打造信息品牌,以优异的品牌效应赢得用户.为此,要加强与国内高校和东盟各国高校的信息互动,不断增强相互之间的了解与合作;通过政策的倾斜与整合,充分利用政策和发挥资源优势,促进高校图书馆的全面发展;而机制的健全与法律的保障,才能真正实现广西高校图书馆信息服务的跨越式发展.

| Abstract: | Guangxi universities' libraries should seize the opportunity of great Sino-ASEAN's information needs and explore information resource,set up information advantages for winning the users on the brand effect.So it is necessary to strengthen information interaction between national libraries and ever ASEAN's libraries for mutual understanding and cooperation,to make full use of policies and resource privileges and to promote the overall development of the universities' libraries upon the favorite policy and integration,to guarantee real surpassing development of Guangxi universities' libraries on the supports of sound mechanism and laws. |
